MEDIEVAL REAL TIME STRATEGY Alliance play in Medieval RTS
Share farms and siege, earn Teamwork the honest way, and stop opening four wars at once.
MEDIEVAL REAL TIME STRATEGY is online multiplayer with alliances. A match with four lonely keeps is a race to fund Trebuchets last. A real alliance is a race to split jobs. This page is the social layer. The mechanical layer sits on the sibling King radius and army page. Parent map: players hub.
The win rule does not change: destroy every enemy castle. Allies share that rule. Ranked unlocks after level 7. Matchmaking buckets are levels 1-5 and 6+. Winning in an alliance can grant the Teamwork badge. Private server commands are a game pass and are not required to group in public matches. The game has been free on Roblox since 8 September 2022 under Spling.
Form the group before the rush
Look at neighbours in the first seconds. If two of you mill toward the same farms, talk. If a third player already dropped Swordmen, decide together whether to punish that rush or wall it. Community still treats the early Swordman rush as real; Legion tracks 15 Swordmen in one match. An alliance that all panic-Swordmen into the same lane donates the opposite keep a free farm.
Do not ally everyone. A table where nobody is the enemy cannot destroy a castle. Pick a side, then keep it. Betrayals happen in public games; play like gold is real until the name colour says otherwise.
Split jobs, do not mirror shops
One ally should lock Windmills on farms (community notes near 11 gold per minute) and Houses. One ally should drop Barracks at about 35 gold and walk Knights plus Crossbowers. One ally should own siege: Catapult into clumps, Trebuchet into buildings, Ballista only for a named target. If only two exist, combine mill and wall in one player, siege in the other.
Duplicate Wizards while nobody owns a Trebuchet is the classic fail. Community consensus: Wizard splash is expensive and weak versus buildings unless Trebuchets already chew walls. Duplicate Spell factories late while farms sit empty is the same fail in a fancier hat. Use the structure value ranks if you argue about mills versus towers, and the unit value ranks if you argue about Crossbowers versus Longbowers.
Kings do not stack into one super-buff for the whole map. Each King has a radius. Park one on the mill line for build speed, one on the Knight front for attack and heal. The King radius and army page is the escort rule those radii assume.
Teamwork badge without throwing the game
The Teamwork badge tracks winning in an alliance. That means a real win, not a screenshot of a flag. Play the match. Crack the remaining keeps. Then the badge is a souvenir. Throwing Ranked after level 7 to farm a badge keeps you in the bucket you hate.
Highest public community level chatter sits near 236. That is not an alliance requirement. Fastest mentioned finish sits near 1:43, reported as trivia. An alliance that ends a map that fast usually faced empty mills. Treat both numbers as gossip.
Shared defense and shared thieves
Watchtowers (community chatter near 40 HP and 8 damage every 2 seconds) belong on the path between you, not as a wall of spite on the ally road. Balloons skip tower lines in community play; if you both maze only the front, expect a skip. Repairmen and King radius keep walls cheap. Outposts are limited mini-castles, not a second win object for the team.
Thieves steal about 25 percent of castle funds and must walk home. Agree who hunts them. Three players chasing one cloak while a Trebuchet walks in is wasted. Spearman is the cavalry answer and is otherwise weak; do not all draft Spearmen because someone saw a horse once.
Water maps: one Port can feed fishing boats for the group if you share the coast. Inland, skip Port and fund Barracks. Hospital Medic belongs with the wagon push, not as a fourth cosmetic shop.
Ranked and where to talk
Ranked still allows the same alliance logic; opponents punish slow mills faster. Read the Ranked queue notes before you queue as a stack that never placed a mill. Shared goals sit on the win-condition checklist. Shared cracks sit on the siege push walkthrough. The first minute sits on the opening gold plan.
This wiki does not invent Discord invites. Search Medieval RTS Community Discord if you want a third-party server. Roblox, Spling, and Twitter sit on the official links list. The 27 August 2026 stamp sits on the changelog stamp page.
Ally with a job. Then finish the keeps that are not yours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for codes, ranked, windmills, and siege fights.
What is the Teamwork badge?
A badge for winning in an alliance. Play the match and destroy the remaining enemy castles. It is not a separate mode and it is not worth throwing Ranked to force.
Should I ally every neighbour?
No. You still need enemies whose castles you can destroy. Ally a lane partner, then share mills and siege. Fighting every neighbour at once is how Swordman rushes end you.
How do we split gold jobs?
One player mills and walls, one player Barracks and siege. Kings stay on different radii. See the King radius and army page for escort rules and the farm and gold guide for mills.
Does Ranked change alliances?
The rules stay online with alliances. Ranked unlocks after level 7. Matchmaking buckets are 1-5 and 6+. Opponents punish slow splits faster. Read the Ranked queue notes.
Is there an official alliance Discord invite on this page?
No. Third parties mention a community Discord. Search Medieval RTS Community Discord rather than trusting a random invite. Start from the official links list.
